| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| How do I return my product? |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| What is your return policy? |
| |
Merchandise purchased at full retail price and returned within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited in the original tender (credit card, gift card or online gift certificate), if accompanied by original invoice. After 30 days, the current selling price will be credited if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 15 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt. After 15 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.
Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for further price adjustment.
All returnable merchandise must include, to be accepted for return, the original manufacturer's box and. All returned merchandise will be deemed new and in original condition if all packing materials, including labels, are enclosed. If the returned merchandise does not meet these criteria, any possible credit, refunds or replacement will not take place. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable for any returns of product to Tucano. The customer is responsible for returning and shipping the merchandise to Tucano. Tucano does not pay for the shipping charges, for returned merchandise, whether it is for return for credit or exchange. It is also the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of any Refused packages. These include the shipping costs going to the customer's address and for the return trip back to our warehouse. These shipping costs are not refundable.
Please be aware that your item must arrive back at our location for us to process your return. We strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured return shipping method. Remember to keep your receipt and tracking number.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
