The Showroom

To discover, find out about and most of all touch with your own hands the broad range of Tucano products, come see us at our new showroom. Over three hundred square meters on two floors with seven display windows facing the unmistakable sculpture in Piazzale Cadorna, Ago, Filo e Nodo, a tribute to the proverbial industriousness of the city of Milan and a symbol of the world of Fashion.

In our showroom you’ll find all of our products and our preview items: from the now classic Second Skin and Work_Out, best-sellers as notebook covers, to the latest offerings dedicated to the world of leather goods and luggage, and of course not forgetting our select line of computer accessories.

Just as all this is Tucano, so too is the showroom’s design an expression of our creativity. The showroom is entirely the work of Roberto Paoli, an architect who has managed Tucano design for over ten years. His thorough knowledge of the product enabled us to build a space that speaks about us, that is the very expression of the Tucano style.

The concept the project is based on is the permeability of interior spaces as the ideal destination of what moves around outside. The metropolitan atmosphere of a city nerve centre like Piazzale Cadorna is thrust inside the shop, and that is why we chose rough materials, steel plates (for wall displays) and embossed paint for the furnishings, whose colour also reminds one of the street. The textures are a clear reference to the fabrics that characterise Tucano products. These fabrics – on the store’s large display wall – became part of the design as a whole and contribute with their constant changes to creating a constantly evolving image.

Our showroom is and is intended to be first and foremost a meeting place for people who use Tucano products, guests of honour at all the events and shows held here periodically.
